I have made this piece during our thesis. Our thesis (with my partner), is about Modern Islamic Architecture. Satti is one of the best delicacy in Zamboanga, famous among muslims. It became one of my favorite foods the moment I tasted it when I visited the place. My partner is from Zamboanga, and he is a muslim, so to widen my perspective for our thesis, I went as far as going there. And I have no regrets. Zamboanga is a great place. It is peaceful, so long that the forces that's existing there are discreet.
Furthermore, I was inspired by this "soo good" soup that I have thought of creating a restaurant where Satti is the specialty or the main dish.
